Job Summary:
Assists the Production Manager in overseeing and managing the operations
and personnel of one or more production departments to maximize
productivity and operating efficiencies. Oversees the coordination of labor,
materials, equipment, and tooling to assemble product effectively.
Maintains a high level of product quality and traceability during product
assembly. Ensures production is performed according to Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs), Department Operating Procedures (DOPs),
Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI), Just In Time Manufacturing (JIT),
and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
